Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard.. Hesitated because of price. Glad I ordered. Excellent quality and design. Plastic bumpers on the outside surfaces are a good idea. The four strong 'feet' in the center are the only things touching the sink bottom, so lots of stuff doesn't get caught when you're rinsing. We have a 60/40 sink, so we also bought a larger one.. The shape is ideal for everyday cooking as well as making sauces, as the rounded sides are ideal for stirring with a wooden spoon.

Its a relatively lightweight pan. A few notes compared to the description and pictures: 1. It has measurement lines on the inside which is useful, but the pictures do not show them. 2. It's listed as 2 liter instead of 2 quarts, but probably holds more in total given the 2 liter measurement line is lower than the lip. All told, I really like this pan. The only thing I dislike is once you load it with more than a quart of liquid, the handle starts feeling small for lifting.
