Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. I replaced my laundry door with this half frosted door, and it is absolutely perfect! It fit perfectly and is not too heavyweight. The frosted glass is perfect for not seeing through the glass at the laundry room. It is a slab door so you will need a handyman to create hinges and a door knob hold when installing. These doors were perfect. Packaged SO well and good quality. They are very heavy and feel solid. However the description says solid wood… they definitely are not. When I notched out the hinges it appeared to have an mdf core, at least where the hinges go. But that doesn’t bother me. They feel solid and heavy! Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. I wish I had a picture of the finished product but they turned out really beautifully. I didn’t have one ready when I started this review and it said if I exited it would be submitted as is, so, cant share how nice they look at this time.
