Things I like 1. the way tension is applied when leaning backwards 2. Arm is super adjustable Things I dont like 1. You cant tilt the back to an chosen angle like other office chairs. You have to lean on the back to make the back tilt 2. Hard to see on the stock picture, but the cilindar connecting the chair to the wheel platform actually prochudes towards ground. Its tip is very closed to the ground and it will hit the ground if you have a carpet underneath. Things I regret 1. I wish I bought the version which has seat tilting 2. I like the style and comfort of the chair. The first one Wayfair sent out had damage on the seat and the back. Wayfair replaced it after going through their damaged/return process. I only gave four stars because it doesn’t always hold you at the height you want. It will slowly lower without pressing the lever. I searched for a long time for the perfect chair for my lift desk. It wasn't until I searched for "Drafting Chair" that I found this gem. It was very easy to assemble, the screw holes line up perfectly when attaching the arms or the lift mechanism. I also tend to be very rough on chairs over the years - so the $26 option for a 5 year warranty that covers rips, tears, stains, snags, spills, etc. is a GREAT deal.
