This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. Pretty nifty and a game changer! We moved into a house with laminate floors but we still have area rugs too. So I did research on what I needed to not ruin the floors but keep them clean. Wow, this little vacuum is awesome, so much easier and faster than sweeping. AND it can vacuum underneath almost all of the furniture- it is practically flat! On carpet it seems to have a mind of its own though, it almost drags me along with it. I’m not sure if it is self propelled but it’s like holding back a persistent small dog from chasing a rabbit. ( maybe I'm old and not so steady!) A few draw backs- but nothing I can’t live with, but annoying: the design makes the vacuum not stand on its own. It’s top heavy so you have to lean against something or lay it down if you have to move something while vacuuming. When emptying the dirt receptacle - if you bang it too hard against a plastic garbage can the door falls off. I thought this was a one time accident but it has happened a few times. But on the positive side when this happens I clean the fallen door before putting it back on.
