This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Bosch dishwasher last January after my previous one which I had for 15 years broke down. My new Bosch is great but I really don't like the new 3rd tier top drawer, stem glass holder, and reduced size silverware basket. I recently started reusing the the full-size silverware basket from my old dishwasher, which thankfully I did not discard. I'm hoping that the flap that holds stemware in place can be easily removed since we normally do not use stemware and it makes loading ordinary glasses difficult. Looks great. The strip that keeps water from flowing out the bottom of the door isn’t adhesive enough so I’m going to have to glue it down with something stronger. Until I do that, I just keep the door slightly ajar about a 5 degree angle while in the shower (my door opens into the shower) and the water rolls down the door and into the drain. That’s why I’m so glad the hinges were reversible and I could set the door to open into the shower, a big deal because I didn’t have space to open the shower into the room. Also the shower came with more than enough of that strip that goes at the bottom in case I should have to cut another piece I’ll have enough. No other water issues Another reviewer mentioned that it should’ve came with two of those L shaped wall brackets, I agree that would make it more sturdy. It seemed wobbly when it was first assembled but once the silicon was dry it’s pretty solid, you have to be very careful those first few days until it dries though. The glass is beautiful the hinges are not too shiny and look sturdy. I squeegee the glass almost daily because it’s fun but even when I don’t, there aren’t any spots.
