It heats things quickly, the element and stove top don't remain hot for long after cooking, The range looks sharp, even "snappy." The panel display on the range sometimes talks back to you when cleaning it, but you just have to remind it that you're not cooking now, just cleaning. I'm not able to use my Pyrex coffee percolator on this range, which is too bad, but it's OK- the pots and pans you use have to be appropriate for the technology. And the oven- it's ability to convey information and provide uniform heating is first rate. A high end home builder, we only use induction in our high performance all electric new houses. When we found Induction Hardware at the International Builder Show, we were impressed and gave them a chance in a model home. As people have tried it , everyone is extremely impressed with the quality of the induction cooktop on the range and the oven. The range is an immediately responsive induction top which has been compliant with all the cookware we have tried and also is very quiet. If you’ve ever cooked with induction you’ll recall the annoying buzz. IH does not have the buzz. And when you get to the oven it can go to dehydrate temps and even a wood fired pizza at 660. Outstanding electric range by GE. WiFiBluetooth, all the bells whistles. Obviously it is extremely easy to clean, just wipe go. I usually just use a damp paper towel it comes out sparkling! It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand.
