I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! It was easy to install took about 15 minutes total from the time it was brought inside. I love the safety button feature to turn the burners on. The flames come out with so much more pressure than my previous stove with this I have to get used to the quicker cooking times and actually being able to cook at the right levels. It takes about 5 minutes total preheat the oven, I especially love the air fry and basket feature! The app was easy to connect to, it was actually pretty instant.
