Great packaging and arrived earlier than expected. This wine refrigerator was easy to install and looks great. The wood shelves are great quality and I like the stainless steel front. I was able to store standard Bordeaux bottles as well as Pinot Noir bottles. I also like the flexibility of being able to remove a shelf if I have even broaderwider bottles. Our very small kitchen never had room for a dishwasher. UNTIL Now! This 18" is perfect for our kitchen and the two of us. Does a very good job of washing although I rinse all dishes before placing them in the machine. Its not a garbage disposal and I want it to last forever. I usually use the Rapid Wash setting which is a 1 hour wash/rinse/dry. I remember someone saying this machine is loud. It is not as loud as my toaster. Right Handed

This is a great wine cooler! Looks very classy installed under-cabinet, and cools wine to a consistent temperature in both zones. The compressor is audible when it kicks on, but is not too loud or obtrusive. The shelves are first rate...they glide out easily on rollers. My only concern is longevity of the unit, based on other reviews. I took out a 5-year warranty just in case. Overall, a great unit. There are some additional things I would like to see on the unit (ability to turn lights on/off without opening the door for example), but these are my preferences. So far so good!. Brian C.
