We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. The directions to assemble the spa were, for the most part, intuitive and easy to follow. The only trouble I had was trying to figure out what to do with the extra "insulated" cover. I've had the spa now for several weeks. Here's my impressions. The spa was easy to inflate and didn't have wrinkles in the floor like so many others do. The quality of the floor and walls was much nicer than the spa it replaced. The control unit is quiet and runs perfectly. I especially like the inflatable cover which greatly exceeds the flimsy cloth covers of the past. As you can tell from my review, I bought this model to replace another model from another supplier (not Wayfair) whose control unit failed after only one season of use. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Open tube design makes this mat ideal for all floor areas wet or dry such as pools, decks, shower/locker rooms, saunas, and SPAs. It can be used in low to high bare feet traffic areas. However, it may not be good for higher traffic areas where shoes are worn as they would be subject to much more abuse and would wear too quickly. Therefore entryways that may see more than 100 visitors per day should use a different type of matting.
