It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! Really nice sink! The material seems sturdy, and the color is nice. We wanted a single bowl, and this one is great because it’s deep and spacious! It also has a lot of fancy extras that are a nice perk. Unfortunately, the cup wash function is not pressure activated, so you have to be careful not to accidentally click that switch without anything on it. My only complaint is that the measurements do not account for the mounting brackets. We were replacing our old sink with this one, measured 3 times to be certain we got the right size, and it 33” without the mounting brackets. Not a big deal if you’re cutting out the countertop at the time of install, but ours was previously cut out, so it wouldn’t fit without shaving down the countertop 1/2 inch or grinding off the mounting bracket. It is worth every penny that I spent on it, and I could not be any happier with it! The large bowl makes washing dishes by hand easy, and there is plenty of room to place and soak dishes and cookware as I'm cooking and baking. The sink also drains well and is easy to keep clean. In terms of construction and aesthetics, the sink is high-quality and has a sleek and appealing design. It can be installed as an undermount or an overmount. Because I had the older sink replaced and was restricted to the size of the already-existing opening for it, I had mine installed as an overmount. The narrow flange around the top still gives it a sleek and modern finish, and there is still plenty of depth to the sink bowl.
