Took me about 20 minutes just to get it out of the box and unpacked, then it took way too long to assemble. I have a bad back and neck and it’s not easy for me to sit on the floor for more than a few minutes at a time. There is a part of assembly with what they call the long axis (axsi is printed in the book) that is really frustrating because you have to remove their bolt and washers from one end to install and it is covered in grease. While the assembly was a literally a pain for me, using it seems like it will be worth it. The resistance control is a dial in the center below the monitor which is different for me but seems easy enough. I connected the wires from the monitor to the hand sensors bar the only way they would connect and I’m not getting a reading from it. Honestly that’s not a big deal for me as it does not affect my performance, but I’m sure I’ll have to look at it some more to make it work. I’m just too tired right now to care. Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. We ordered this dip station for our mini home gym. Our ten-year-old twin boys were able to assemble most of this all on their own. Their dad had to help with a few things but assembly was pretty simple. It doesn’t seem too sturdy, as it wobbles just a bit, that is the reason for the one star deduction. Excellent rig! I have mine set up a little shorter than they show theirs leaving me with 2 extra pieces about 1 foot long of each for the frame; I eliminated the middle frame tube simply by leaving it out on each side and connecting the front to the back with the steering wheel mount as far forward as possible on the frame for correct ergos. What this does is it brings the monitor mounts about 8 inches closer to you in the seat which I noticed was the only relivent complaint about this rig; can't believe no one else figured that out?! Again what a good deal this is direct from GTR through wayfair; shippend to my house in like 5 days of ordering when on the website said 3-4 weeks so don't let that stop you from ordering I've seen many other reviews saying the same. The fit and finish quality excellent, super easy to assemble, i did everything in 1 hour; they even included the necessary allen keys and and nice big clear instructions! I can practice reformer repertoire one day, work with the tower and springs the next, and incorporate the sitting box or jumpboard when I want something completely different. It genuinely feels like having a small private Pilates studio at home. The wooden frame also makes a huge difference aesthetically. Pilates equipment can easily make a room feel like a gym, but this actually looks like a beautiful piece of studio equipment. It feels substantial and grounded rather than flimsy, which was especially important to me when choosing a Cadillac-style machine. I also really appreciate how many accessories are already included. With equipment this expensive, I didn’t want to immediately have to purchase a sitting box, jumpboard, straps, and other essentials separately. Most importantly, this machine gives me room to progress. Pilates is not just about doing harder exercises—it is about building control, precision, strength, and understanding your body over time. I wanted equipment that could grow with my practice instead of limiting it. If you are serious about Pilates and have the space for a full-size setup, I would absolutely consider this over purchasing a basic reformer and later wishing you had a tower or Cadillac. Very happy with this treadmill. It walks and run very smooth at all speeds and the incline abilities on this treadmill are such a great feature. It is very stable and secure but still can be folded up and put away very easily. It’s also very quiet even with being used at a fast run pace. I am shocked at the amount of detailed stats this medical-grade smart scale provides! I have used an older version of an Arboleaf smart scale, but it was nothing like this upgraded model. It paired immediately with my cell phone and was ready to go in seconds. I thought the pull-up handle would be awkward, but it's not. It was comfortable in my hands and easy to pull up as well as hold while the results for all health categories popped up. It took less than 20 seconds for the readings to come up. In addition to the standard smart scale measurements (hydration, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, skeletal mass, etc.), it also shows where you are low, normal, or high in both fat and muscle density in the upper body, trunk, and lower extremities. The electrodes start at the top of your body and measure down to the bottoms of your feet; it measures everything for your full body! I like that the screen is eye level so you don't have to bend down to read your numbers. You can read your stats on the screen itself and see extremely detailed readings on the app on your phone.
