Good Desk for the Price - This desk was a little more complicated to put together than it probably should have been. The directions weren’t very explicit, so assembly took some figuring out. Once it was together, though, the desk felt sturdy and looks good for the price. My biggest complaint is that the desktop is not one solid piece, so there is a visible seam where the two sections meet. I’m not a huge fan of that and would definitely prefer a solid tabletop. That being said, it serves its purpose well in my husband’s work office. It has a masculine, clean look that he really likes, and the extra storage underneath is a nice bonus. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

Slave dampers (MD6S, MD8S, and MD10S) are interlocked to the main automatic or universal make-up air damper and open in unison for synchronized operation. They close, along with the main damper, as soon as the range hood is powered off. Slave dampers can be ganged together to provide a cost-effective means to provide for higher volumes of make-up air.
