This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. This is the most beautiful and sculptural bath tub. It was the perfect shape for my bathroom. It is very spacious, has a comfortable back angle for relaxingreclining, and the lithocast material retains water heat incredibly well. Everyone who sees the tub loves the look and shape of it. So far, everything looks good. I'm not quite ready to install it, but I unpacked it for inspection. I think it's going to look great in the guest bathroom, far better than a rod and shower curtain. I'm trusting that it's not going to be warped once I'm installing it. For me, I do think I would've preferred it to be gray tinted, but it's not a deal breaker. The packaging was decent. The only issue I saw, and it shows in the one photo, is that on one side of the glass the strips of Styrofoam used to brace and suspend the glass, we're out of place and a few were missing. The center of the glass was therefore not braced, open for damage. So far, I think I lucked out with no damage. I'll know more once it's completely out of the box so I can fully inspect the edges..
