Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This is my 2nd wine refrig from this company still in operation 18 years later. This is a commercial grade, just as the last one. It is build well and love the black stainless look. And the racks pull out and it comes with 2 keys. It has an interior light that you can turn on and off.
