Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings!
