4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from . Jayne. IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

Have been wanting a bidet for a while and our bathroom is white, black and gray so I was super happy to find this one in black! It comes with many features including washing, drying, heating and also includes a night light and remote. Give a contemporary bathroom a distinctive finishing touch with this sleek smart toilet. The bold exterior combines with a heated seat, adjustable bidet washing, warm air drying, automatic lid and seat functions, and hands-free controls to create a modern bathroom experience. Its tankless construction and elevated ADA-height profile complete the streamlined design.

This is my second smart toilet, and I'm quite happy with it! I got this because of the unique and stylish matte black color. Like most things that are matte black, it does show marks. I love that it has blue illuminating from the side button, and the inside. This toilet has an extremely powerful flush! This one has all of the neat amenities, like the bidet wash and female wash with adjustable location and temperature, as well as a heated, adjustable temperature blow dry, heated seat with adjustable temp, and a nightlight. The remote control mounts to the wall, and is also matte black. I had my plumber install it, and he didn't have any problem at all, but the cord is a little short, and barely reaches the GFCI outlet that I added close to the toilet. Overall, I'm glad I got it, and I definitely recommend this if you want a customized toilet experience.. Dianne. Athens, Georgia. Fri Nov 06 2026

This smart toilet and bidet is really a great addition to the bathroom. It was packaged very well and was a little difficult to get installed, especially since I had to run an electrical outlet two behind the toilet. But once it was all done, the toilet toilet works quite well and the controls are very easy to use. My only complaint is that the square shaped toilet seat is not exactly the most comfortable compared to an oval toilet seat.. Steven. Parkland, FL. Wed Jun 03 2026

Per nana I have enjoyed using the features and my granddaughter thinks is wonderful.. Ronald. Lawndale, NC. Sun Jun 07 2026

Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. The toilet arrived on time with no issues. It has a beautiful design. It does come with the wax ring, even though the information seems to indicate it doesn’t. We have been unable to complete installation as it is not compatible with the standard 12 in. Compression x 78. We are stuck at this point. I don’t know if we are doing something wrong because based on the reviews, installation should be easy. Update it is finally installed! And we absolutely love it. The seat is very comfortable. Ultra-quiet flush, siphon+pump for powerful waste removal.Gentle rear & feminine cleaning with optional oscillating spray.Foam shield reduces splash, locks odors, and keeps toilet clean.

Love it! I’m seriously impressed with how well everything works. The toilet is extremely responsive and there’s basically no delay at all. You click a button on the remote and it reacts immediately, which makes the whole thing feel much more premium than I expected. The auto-open feature is awesome too. It opens as soon as you walk up to it, and after getting used to it, it’s one of those features you don’t realize how convenient it is until you have it. The aromatherapy feature is also a really nice touch and makes the bathroom feel a little more luxurious. I was a little skeptical about the self-cleaning feature, but it actually works really well and definitely helps keep everything cleaner with less effort. The flush is also surprisingly powerful. It clears everything quickly and efficiently, and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Overall, this has been a huge upgrade from a normal toilet. It feels high-end, everything works exactly like it’s supposed to, and all of the automatic features are fast and responsive. Definitely impressed with it and would absolutely recommend it.. Dylan. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Lastly, be sure to tighten the water hose to the back of the toilet prior to installation by hand, as the cavity doesn’t provide enough room to use a tool for tightening. Enjoy!. Nadia. Townsend, DE.
