This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. And when we turn on the shower - same thing. So keep in mind the location of your toilet and if that will bother you or not. But we love ours!!!. Rosie. Thu Aug 13 2026

Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Wish the companies don't down grade quality of the products over the course of time, while they charge us very heavily for the product at the same time.. Jaisree. Kent, WA. Thu May 02 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please excuse the mess . The toliet was easy to install but since I have tile we had to drill into the tile .The toliet corners does stick out some so be aware that you may need to relocate the water line . I really love the smart features such has seat warming ,dryer and deodorizer . The toliet does feature personalized settings which is awesome. My spouse has a different setting tailored to him . I will be replacing my downstairs toliet with a Kohler smart toliet for guest. The toliet does not have backup battery in case the power goes out but that wasn't a deal breaker for me .. Aaliyahh.
