The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address. The sauna that was ordered on March 22 was finally delivered on May 12.. Kristy. TX. Sun May 25 2025

The seat pad is adjustable. The thick, powder-coated red steel frame provides a sturdy and stable base. It doesn't rock or feel flimsy when loaded up with heavy plates. The black upholstery on the seat, backrest, and arm pads makes it comfortable to sit on. As with most heavy-duty home gym equipment, it took me a couple hours to assemble. i was able to do it by myself.
