The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

This product features a totally enclosed condenser motor and a large, double suction blower wheel to quietly move air. A small wheel turning very fast will create more noise than a large wheel turning more slowly for a given airflow. This Whisper-ceiling bathroom fan uses a wide blower wheel that moves a large amount of air at reduced RPMs. The blower wheel is also designed to draw air in from both sides, which helps keep the noise down, as there is more area for the air to enter the wheel. In fact, it is quiet enough that you might not even know it's on.

We love it. It moves so much air.. Britney. Longwood, FL. Sat Jun 27 2020

The product features powerful Vormax flushing technology. The unparalleled scrubbing action circulates water around the bowl from top to bottom, leaving it twice as clean as a conventional toilet while using a water-conserving of water. The Yorkville Vormax floor-mount back-outlet toilet has a 50% quieter flush than pressure-assist configurations and ensures the complete removal of paper seat covers. Features clean curve rim and everclean antimicrobial surface.

VorMax Ideal for multi-residential buildings especially those with aging sanitary waste piping, and the right-height feature makes it more accessible for an aging population. Reduced water usage per flush is environmentally responsible and meets the newer standards, I believe. The natural gravity flow enhanced by the vortex effect removes waste without any need for additional pressure: this makes it better than a standard flush and not as abrasive as a power-assist flush.. The TOTO Carlyle II One-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF Universal Height Toilet with CEFIONTECT features a sleek, one-piece design that will immediately enhance your bathroom. Carlyle II features TOTO’s TORNADO FLUSH®, a hole-free rim design with dual nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the TOTO Carlyle II includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with TORNADO FLUSH®, assists in reducing the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers the benefit of being easier to clean versus a two-piece toilet. By removing the gap between the tank and the owl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris. An additional benefit of the one-piece toilet is that there is no threat of leaks from bolts or gaskets that can occur in two-piece toilets. Skirted Design toilets also eliminate the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trap way. This version of the Carlyle II offers TOTO T40 WASHLET®+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. WASHLET®+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. The TOTO Carlyle II is designed in TOTO’s Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The Carlyle II is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense®, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. The TOTO Carlyle II includes a tank-to-bowl gasket, tank-to-bowl hardware, toilet bolt caps, and a SoftClose toilet seat. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and optional T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat.

This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. I also like the information prominently displayed on the side.. Lorie. NY. Tue Apr 21 2026

The TOTO® ECOPOWER® 0.5 GPM 10 Second On-Demand Water Supply Controller Valve for Touchless Bathroom Spouts is designed for use with compatible TOTO ECOPOWER spouts. The ECOPOWER faucet is ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces and provides an elegant water conservation solution. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Included: controller and mounting hardware. Purchased separately: compatible spout, water supply line for G1/2 connection, and optional mixing valve for water that is not pre-mixed.

Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. I have two faucets right next to each other at a double sink so I will have to invest in a 2nd controller. Looking forward to the energy savings too.. Melissa. Winnipeg. Thu Mar 12 2026
