This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts.
