The building is a nice and convenient storage shed. It took one man about 10 hours to construct and I did not put the overhang on as I am using it as a chicken brooder. The construction was straight forward but there were parts where 2 people were necessary (the instruction manual tells you when this is necessary). Be careful as the edges of the metal building are sharp and can cut you easily. We live on a ridge and get periodic high winds. I will have to reinforce this building to keep it from blowing away, but that would be the case with all buildings like this. Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. The storage shed was exactly what I needed. The assembly person came the day after my delivery and assembled everything very quickly. Also I really like the fact that you dont have to worry about sanding and painting this every couple of years the material its made out of is maintenance free and will last for many many years. These Dimensions work for me but I noticed a lot of similar storage sheds that are made out of similar materials so if you have more space you can definitely get something a little larger. And its really great to have that ability to leave stuff outside when you dont have indoor or outdoor space. Yeah I mean you could store tools out here or equipment or if need be can even store out holiday decorations. The skys the limit with this storage shed all you need is a little bit of space and a little bit of time to reorganize and it can definitely make your life a lot easier. And I cant speak highly enough of the assembly man who came to help install the shed he was done in about 3 hours and really assemble the perfectly. Its very impressive how Wayfair managed to send out this shed so quickly and the fact that if you want assembly its done literally the day after you receive it in the mail makes life very easy. Curious to see what the wind rating are is on the storage sheds but from what Ive seen it could definitely take a beating as far as the elements outside you really dont have to worry about whatever youre putting inside there these are very strong and durable.. Pretty easy to install with one person. Seems flimsy while building, but once built, it’s pretty sturdy. Took one person about 6 hours to build. I did need some help with the roof. After built, I added some silicone around the seams, and some spray foam in the corners to make sure no moisture came in. True to the dimensions. Color was spot on. Not the greatest but not the worst, very tidious to put together, took about 4 hours, I didn’t take all the plastic off, left it on. Some holes needed to be drilled out myself.
