I'm not able to use my Pyrex coffee percolator on this range, which is too bad, but it's OK- the pots and pans you use have to be appropriate for the technology. This grill seems to be heavy duty and it was easy to install. I really like the fact that the top swivels so you can change the way it is facing depending on the wind. I like that i can adjust the grate height and it flips up for easy charcoal placement and cleanup. Water does puddle up in the bottom when it rains, so I plan to get a cover for it while not in use. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
