This rug is so fun! It's very soft, but a little bit slippery if you're wearing socks. The pile is a little bit thin, but it is not noticeable unless you look at it up close. The bottom is no-slip, and it definitely does not slide around on our wood floor, which is great. It has a bit of cushion to it as well. It arrives super vacuum packed, and fluffs up quickly. These are my favorite silky pillow cases. They are so much thicker than any others Ive owned. Not sure if thats the difference but they are perfect, and feel super high quality.
