I recently purchased the Serta Five‑Star Sleep to Go Medium Mattress in a Box, and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The mattress arrived compactly packaged, and setup was quick and easy—it expanded to full size within a few hours. The medium firmness is just right. It offers a good balance between comfort and support, making it comfortable whether sleeping on my back or side. The surface feels soft enough to relieve pressure but still supportive enough to keep proper alignment. I also noticed minimal motion transfer, which is a plus if you share the bed. For the price, the quality is impressive. It’s not a luxury mattress, but it definitely delivers solid comfort for everyday use. The only minor downside is that the edges could be a bit firmer, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a great value mattress—comfortable, convenient, and affordable. While I don’t think this would be a great mattress for daily use, this was a good mattress for the trundle portion of my kid’s bed. It is slim (in a month, it only expanded to about 5.5”), and it’s quite firm as it obviously doesn’t have room for all the support/comfort layers that a regular width mattress can have. But it fits very well in a trundle bed (even with bedding), is more comfortable than I expected it to be, and is more than fine for occasional use. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has.
