I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
