[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. A nice soft mattress cover which fit the mattress very nicely with elastic all the way around! No accidents yet so I can't comment on waterproof but Serta is a well known brand. There is NO rustling or crinkling sound like cheap plastic backed pads. I marked it down a star because even though I have a king capacity washer, it was hard to wash -- The tag says to wash in a front loader, but I did NOT see that in the website description!
