I recently purchased the Serta Five‑Star Sleep to Go Medium Mattress in a Box, and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The mattress arrived compactly packaged, and setup was quick and easy—it expanded to full size within a few hours. The medium firmness is just right. It offers a good balance between comfort and support, making it comfortable whether sleeping on my back or side. The surface feels soft enough to relieve pressure but still supportive enough to keep proper alignment. I also noticed minimal motion transfer, which is a plus if you share the bed. For the price, the quality is impressive. It’s not a luxury mattress, but it definitely delivers solid comfort for everyday use. The only minor downside is that the edges could be a bit firmer, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a great value mattress—comfortable, convenient, and affordable. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. This is our second I-Comfort mattress. We purchased the medium. It’s taken about 30 days to break it in. Very firm by comparison to old one we had for over ten years. You have to remember that the mattress in the stores is typically broken in when you’re trying them out. Bought medium to help with sciatic nerve. So glad we didn’t get firm.. Shannon H.
