This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. The upper arm doesn’t screw tightly at first, but I realized it’s actually designed to remain loose. Once I understood that, it worked perfectly. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive. The QR code for the training video also didn’t link to this product—it redirected to a completely different one. Overall, the product itself gets 5/5, but customer service gets 0/5.. Anonymous. The new shower head was a straight forward installation, it did not take long at all. It is nice to have a large rainfall shower head as well as the handheld shower head.
