Purchased this during a kitchen remodel when we determined that we needed a make-up air duct. We had purchased a Thermador Hood for our kitchen when we realized it likely was going to pull out to negative pressure in the home. This has worked great with the pressure switch that automatically opens the damper when the pressure builds in duct. Only had a problem with the pressure sensor on install, found out quickly from tech support that it can only be mounted upright, we had not. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. The Lambro® Plastic Flush-Mount Round Vent has a Friction-Fit Collar. Its low-profile design blends well when installed. The vent is for new and replacement installations. The vent features a collar having 2 sides with ribs to secure the vent without the need for screws. You cut a round hole in the diameter of the vent collar and push the vent into the hole to complete the installation. Please be sure to check local building codes before installation.
