These sconces will be hardwired, so I didn't need the on/off switch. Because the two joints articulate 180 degrees, I can install them opposite each other so that the adjustment screws are each toward the outside of the fixture by inverting one of the bases (one would have the on/off switch on the bottom, and the other would have it on the top out of rerach). After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house. I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush.
