Incredibly easy to assemble. Instructions are very plainly written and easy to understand. Every part is labeled and instructions have very detailed steps listed for assembly. I used special power tools that made assembly faster, but if you use the Hex key that came with the hardware, it will take longer than the 40 minutes it took me. Assembly is doable solo, but having an extra set of hands will go a long way towards getting it together faster and more securely. Crib is incredibly sturdy. Paint finish is very well done.
