Used for a couple of weeks. This is not a daily used product. It is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable loveseat. My husband and I are 5'2 and 5'5 and there is plenty of room to stretch out. A couple of the corners never fully filled out, but for the most part, this couch was ready to use on day 1. Be aware, the directions inside the box say to open within 72 hours of delivery. The sofa was delivered at the entrance of the apartment building. Thank God for the nice man who knocked on my door and helped me lug it upstairs. The sofa came well packaged and was quite easy to move and assemble on my own. The white slipcover is more ivory than white based upon lighting, but not at all an issue. The assembly was simple and easy, in which I had it assembled in less than 30 minutes after taking the sofa out of its packaging. The back cushions are quite soft while the seating cushions are quite firm. I hold optimism that within some time the seating cushions will become softer and more comfortable.
