Looks great, is sturdy, and holds 3-4 Banker Boxes of files. I wish the Washington Cherry finish was a bit lighter in color - but it is still pretty. Clear instructions. I called Sauder Customer Service with a question and quickly got the advice I needed to finish assembly. I ordered this hutch to put on top of my husbands very large desk for the purpose of decluttering the desk. It is high quality and pretty heavy. I have purchased other furniture items from Wayfair and although it takes a few hours to put together, it is very worth the savings. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
