i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I purchased 2 of the brushed nickel faucets. They are very high quality! Replaced cheap falling apart delta faucets that were in the house when we bought it. Very thoroughly packed x2! This is a rugged, solid piece. Nice detail, including the skulls internal upper pallet. Nice weight! Very good looking. I would say you could put the measurements from back of skull to tip of nose anywhere from 19.5"-19.75" This is a large skull! The only thing I would not say about it is that it is black. It has the kinda standard dino bone patina. The bottom jaw and stand are separate when you open the box. Instructions included. The bottom jaw attaches to the top by two, strong bolts(mount points assure you are solid against the top of the skull) and the stand has a nice threaded pipe that finishes the mount. If you look at the average T-Rex skull being @5 feet long then this is about a 1/3 scale replica! Probably needs a little dust/dirt clean-up when it comes out of the Styrofoam, but with a little vacuum and a moist washcloth...maybe a toothbrush, a real conversation piece!
