Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. We just got these doors, but have not unpacked them yet other than taking them out of the crate. I will say that the having them delivered in such a sturdy crate was unexpected and should assure that they did not get damaged. The door is not smooth across the top/bottom two inches. The vertical and horizontal pieces of material do not line up exactly, which creates two different thicknesses for the door. This causes an issue as there is a gap between the thin part of the door and the guiders that you have to install, and thus the door is wobbly then you open it.
