Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. We havent had a chance to install yet. Doors arrived as stated and were packed in heavy wooden crates. I have no doubts that they will be lovely when installed. I plan on using them on the opening between our bathroom and bedroom. Update... we finally installed our doors. We are loving the privacy that they give. We didnt realize until after we had placed the board on the wall that the track can be cut and that the weight on the end of the track serves as a door stop. We ordered additional pieces to serve as the door stops. They are easy to open and close without the handles but keep in mind that if you put them in a heavy trafficked area you will more than likely have to wipe them down quite often. I had purchased a different pair of doors from a hardware store. The wood must have been faulty, because both cracked. Then I found these on Wayfair for less $ than the others. Ordered this as a pocket door for a new pantry. It looks nice and wasn’t terribly difficult to install, according to my contractor. It also arrived very well packaged, without any damage. However, there is no push latch on the end edge of the door, facing the frame like most pocket doors have to be able to pull it closed, once it is fully opened. It only came with indented grips for inside and outside and a lock. That doesn’t help if the door is fully closed, unless you wanted a door that has to stay open 2-3”. Very strange for a pocket door. Overall, it’s very nice, so I’m keeping it. But I had to order extra hardware to solve the handle problem. Not something I expected to have to do at this price point.. Melissa. Tullahoma, TN.
