Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. We ordered 60 x 80 door. However, this door is not even trimmed based on the dimensions of the door. The instruction page states "EASY INSTALLATION", however, it's taking my contractor hours to cut and install the door and I am being charged an additional $500 by the contractor to do additional work. These doors are great! I didn't want to paint doors and these were bright white. They came well packaged, no damage. They are very heavy and took 2 people to put them up, which were my husband and I. They are, in fact, trimmable as we needed them to be, but be mindful that you need to remove screws at the bottom to trim it, then replace those screws afterwards, so you may want a pro to do this if you not exceptionally skilled. They do have a fairly good sound barrier even with glass. The glass came down lower than expected, to mid-thigh on my 5'5" frame, but it's good for letting out natural light, which I needed. Of note, the veneer is thick and is sort of plastic, not paintable, so do not chip it. We have one tiny chip to fix which was our fault. The veneer does make it easy to clean though. The draw back it the trim that comes with it is basically cardboard with veneer and is garbage. I literally broke it with my bare hands. We used real wood trim.
