Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. I am thoroughly impressed by these doors. They are beautiful and high quality. We have not hung them yet so I will provide an update with pictures after install. We ordered two sets of these. They are massive and heavy and arrived in what looked like a carefully constructed customized wooden crate. No damages and in impeccable condition.
