Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. Absolutely Gorgeous and feels very rich! Glass is NOT completely see-thru so you get great light but can't see clearly straight through which is totally what we wanted. Only issue is there is no way to latch the doors closed or even get them to stay closed and nothing in the middle to attach anything to - when the doors are open you have the entire opening, which is pretty, but there is no way to keep them closed - so we will have to buy something to latch them to the ceiling or floor - did not realize that from the writeup - there always needs to be a way to keep a door closed!.
