Beautiful Doors. We wanted to eliminate the opening and closing of our French Doors from our Living Room to the Sunroom, so we decided to go with these and we’re very happy with them. They’re made extremely well, and the finish feels like silk… No painting necessary. Super solid doors that look great in our dining room refresh. The finish on the doors is excellent. The top and bottom horizontal portions of the doors are slightly recessed and might cause the vertical panels to catch on any quarter-round shoe moulding if you hang the doors close to the floor. Absolutely Gorgeous and feels very rich! Glass is NOT completely see-thru so you get great light but can't see clearly straight through which is totally what we wanted. Only issue is there is no way to latch the doors closed or even get them to stay closed and nothing in the middle to attach anything to - when the doors are open you have the entire opening, which is pretty, but there is no way to keep them closed - so we will have to buy something to latch them to the ceiling or floor - did not realize that from the writeup - there always needs to be a way to keep a door closed!. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
