It arrived on date promised. It was really packaged well, no complaints on the condition of sink. The sink is really beautiful and better made than I expected. I'm getting quartz countertops so I needed an undermount sink, and I had to find an 8inch deep sink to work with my plumbing. I was worried it might feel small after my farmhouse type sink. The function of the Escargot 49 oz. Wine Decanter is based on the fact of a double aeration effect. The first aeration takes place when the wine is poured out of the bottle into the escargot decanter exposing the content of the bottle to oxygen. Lift the decanter from horizontal to a vertical position to fill the decanter. The second contact with oxygen is triggered when the wine is poured out of the Escargot decanter into the glass. When pouring hold the decanter by the oval indent for conveyance. The decanter construction forces fresh air through the already decanted wine a second time to fill the air space in the decanter. I was blown away by the quality of the unit.. the fact that it came with everything except the "drop ears" was incredible.. When I first opened the box I thought " what the hell did I get myself into".. but it was made for worldwide sales so they " dumbed down" the instructions for those if us that usually just look at the pictures.. the quality of the stuff hidden behind the wall is top shelf and the finish of the things is so see if unbelievable, they even give you white gloves, for the "hoity toity" plumbers or there i guess..haven't finished the shower to attach a photo or I would. It's great to find Riedel quality on the Wayfair site. Earlier in the year I ordered the champage glasses which are a bit smaller. I put the white wine glass next to it so you can see the difference.
