The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right. Ella’s Petite is vacuum formed from a solid acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. Size: 27.50 in. x 52.25 in. x 38 in. (fits standard 60 in. opening with extension panel). Attached to the deck is our patented 360° swivel tray so bathers can keep items nearby. The Petite’s main feature is the U-shape inward swing door made from a brushed stainless steel and a frosted tempered glass window. The door uses an extended lever lock to create a watertight seal. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. It has a fill rate of 18 GPM, based on plumbing conditions. The Petite is equipped with Ella’s Dual Drain Technology. It consists of 2- 2” gravity driven drains with 4- 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and hydro jets. The Petite has 16 hydro jets: 10 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs; and 6 lower jets for feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with 3-speed variable, air jets, and an auto-purge system. The Petite has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips and thighs; and 8 floor jets for your feet and legs. Additionally, Chromatherapy will dazzle your tub with multicolor LED lights. Stream one color, or allow it to cycle through all 8. The Carrara Marble Design Grout-Free Interlocking Wall Tile Surround is the easiest install solution to your alcove.
