The color and texture are WAY off from the photos. It is shown on the website as being a darker reddish hue with contrasting orange fringe on the ends and subtle lines stitched through it. The lines are non-existent and the color is far more brown with the fringe being the same shade as the rug itself. This rug is true to size and colour as shown. It is heavy, thick, and warm under the feet. It is very well made and the "weave" is tight. It was well packaged and thank goodness it was because the outside packaging was so filthy it looked like it had fallen off a truck and was dragged through the mud and snow.
