I havent had a chance to put this towel warmer up yet as I left to go out of state. But I am excited to use it as the winters are very cold in the Midwest and how nice it will be to have a warm towel getting out of the Shower. Everything looks pretty simple just hang and plug it in. The towel warmer has 4 vertical heating rails that all the towels can fit over that one heated rack. As a space saver and a storage solution, it looks neat. When using the heated towel rack, you do not have to wash your towel off for every single user you can wait 4 or 6 days before washing your towel again.
