And a new Chandler these wax melters have proved invaluable. They have streamlined and simplified our workflows a lot. I also feel they are safer for us to use in our workshop as we have younger family members who often want to help and these keep the hot wax more isolated than our previously used methods. We brought 2 to keep our wax types separated and will be going back for a third when we bring in our third wax type! One thing I have learned is not to rely on the temperature dial to be "exactly" accurate, more "within proximity range " so we do keep monitoring the heat when melting and while sitting "standby" to make sure when we pour it is at expected temperature. This is by no means a flaw in the product, as we have learned being a Chandler means that candle making is very much a science and regardless of what you do or use measuring is a way of life be it quantity or temperature!
