Really pretty. I ordered the 9’ x 12’ 2” rug. With the pad, feels cushy so, definitely get the pad. A bit smaller than measurements listed but, all rugs have a 4-5 inch leeway. Might be a bit unsquare but the folds still need to come out. Not so bad either way since furniture is on top of 2 edges. I am very happy with the look, feel and price for this rug.
