I really like this hall tree. It is very spacious. All of the parts were accounted for and the directions were easy enough to follow. It did take my husband a while to put together because there was a lot of pieces. There is a texture to the surface thats kind of grainy, its not smooth. My only complaint is the cabinets are a different white than the base so it doesnt match. Its close enough I didnt send it back but still is a little annoying if you are looking closely. Hall tree arrived earlier than expected, was on backorder. Came in 2 boxes, both pretty heavy, luckily it was going to be placed on first floor. The bench and storage is large enough for my needs, mainly for the kids shoes and backpacks. No issues with assembly, does take time though, 1.5+ hour.
