I like this ottoman just fine but had to give it four stars because it came damaged and I had to fix it. One of the canes was not properly stapled down so it had to be glued into place and it was tricky rigging up constant pressure via tying yarn in strategic areas. It eventually worked and all is well. The ottoman is very lightweight and easy to move around But slipping isn't an issue because the rough wicker texture grips the floor and keeps it from sliding. We're currently using it as a footrest, as it feels too low for seating. However, if you have little ones in your home, it makes a perfect stool.
