I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. I bought these shades for four windows. Two were inside mount and two were outside mount and all were simple to install. I love them! They look so much better than the white vinyl shades I had previously. Plus, the pull chain makes it easy to adjust their height in small increments and match the height in side-by-side windows. This shade is very nice and is working okay, however, it was dented bentcreased upon opening. I made a report and got notification that they were sending replacement part but we never received it.
