I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista. Pros: it is made of cast iron, heavy, which is nice. It was not hard to put together and hook up. It look nice decoratively Cons: when we hooked it up there was a very small leak on the top of the iron spout. Luckily we bought 2 and used the spout out of the other one, will need to return 1 or buy another spout. The holes on the top cap piece, if you lined them up and used the screws it left a small gap, without the screws it laid flat but is loose without the screws. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place.
